It is Beethoven. The music you hear in your clip is from his very famous Sonata Pathetique, op. 13, second movement. If you like piano music like that check the second movements of classical sonatas by Beethoven, Mozart, Haydn. You will find a lot of wonderful music.
It is not easy to play, though. Good luck!
