2003 saab 9-3 problems?

When I stop at a light or sign than start to get moving again it barely acts like it's moving. It eventually will pick up the pace but is slowly getting there. Someone tell me what is wrong.

    it could be your engine control module. The 2003 models and some 2004's are known to have electrical issues so this may happen to be one of them., Take it to a saab independent mechanic who knows what he;s doing, he should be able to help you out.

    Is it a turbo model? Turbo might be bad.
