Why do people post hecka long questions ?

I'm usually not in the mood to read an essay. Especially if it's boring. What do you think?

    I agree. whenever i see a really long question i just skip it!

    They post long questions when they need to explain something in detail to get an answer, or simply when they want to rant about something.

    in polls and surveys? i don't know. i think people like shorter questions here.

    in other sections? i'm ok with that, because they want to tell what happened. if you don't want to read long questions, stay in P&S. normally quick and funny or easy questions.

    agreed. and it's usually about stuff that no one cares about.
