I will list my favorites in order

Please choose Gypsy cause that name is the cutest!

My favourites are Madeleine, Eleanor, Arabella, Mirabella, and Seraphine. Monroe is too much of a surname, Lexie would be OK if it is short for Alexis, or even better, Alexandra, Gypsy is just bizzare, Tallulah is a bit goofy, Clementine is goofy as well, Surie is too celeberty baby name-ish, Sicily is a city in Italy, however Cecily would be fabulous! Aviana sounds pretty, but made up, Delilah sounds gorgeous, but hate the connotations, Harlow is too masculine and Miami is a city in Florida.

Madeleine, Eleanore, Arabella, Tallulah, Clementine, Seraphine, Delilah are all lovely. Of those, I love Delilah the most.

Sistine - Reminds me of Listerine.

Monroe - Masculine surname.

Gypsy - So trashy.

Surie - It's spelled Suri. And it's too celeb-ish.

Sicily - City in Italy.

Harlow - Harsh and masculine.

Miami - City in Florida.

Lexie is a cute name for a little girl and i love the nick name that goes along with it.."lex"

Sure is a very unique name that i feel is adorable for a little girl.

Harlow once again is unique and a pleasant name for a girl.

If i had to pick i would go with these three.

Monroe, Madeleine, or Arabella

I like Delilah Faith. Harlow Faith is cute too.
