    Hello there,

Most states do not recognize medical marijuana. If you travel into such a state while possessing marijuana you are subject to an arrest for possession. Also, under federal laws, marijuana is a controlled substance. If you travel interstate with marijuana, you can be arrested under federal laws for possession of a controlled substance. Your medical notes mean nothing under federal law. If you travel interstate, leave your pot at home.

No, plus the penalties for moving drugs through different states are incredibly harsh because they then get you for moving drugs with the intent to sell and a bunch of dealing charges.

    Of course not.

Even if some baggage handler doesn't steal it. Your alleged medical condition and your self treatment isn't legal in Miami.

You do understand that the fiction of medical marijuana doesn't apply outside your state right?

No. Once you enter the airport you are dealing with federal authorities. Since that is a state-by-state issue, you cannot bring it. I don't want you to get in trouble.

Nope. Even if legal in your state, it is still illegal under federal law.
