People that use wordpress.com, mind giving me a short overview of what it is?

Just a broad-ish overview - like: what it's for, what most people use it for (in your opinion), etc. Thanks in advance!

    wordpress.com is where you can create a blog without having host account for free similar to blogger.com

    But there restrictions on what you can do with wordpress.com account you will not be able to install any plugins or themes you will need to use what they have installed.

    You check their terms for more information.

    I haven't used it very much, but it's for creating and editing blogs.
