This sounds really dumb but I know from personal experience that onceyou take the stinger out, slice a raw onion in half, and hold it on for around five minutes. It will ease the pain quickly. If you don't have an onion handy, mix a teaspoon of baking soda with about a half teaspoon or so of water, enough so it makes a paste, and apply it liberally to the sting. Put a bandaid over tip of it and leave it alone. It will stop hurting pretty quickly.

Put toothpaste on it before you go to bed and in the morning, the stinger will be out. After its out, hydrocortizone cream will ease the pain greatly. Take benadryl...that will help too.
