Is it ok to put my PC on the carpet?
I re-arranged everything on my flat top desk so I put my tower on the carpet. The case has an air-intake on the bottom and the power supply takes in air from the bottom. I did place a piece of cardboard as long as the PC and a few pieces together to raise it at either end so there's about 3 / 4 's of an inch of space in between the cardboard and PC.

if you have important systems or large fans running at the bottom, try to find a good area for them to ventlate.

its ok but on carpet you will have to put another thing............
