What game should I get?

I'm looking for a good game to buy. Something with a good storyline with some good twists (don't spoil them in the suggestions please). I'm more looking for something that isn't really a first person shooter. I recently bought Final Fantasy XIII and the Dead space series which have been really good. I also like games like Bioshock and Oblivion. I'm looking for kind of games like that. Long games, with good stories, interesting gameplay and not a FPS. Any suggestions would be great.

OMG OMG OMG Bioware has created a great game with intense action scenes, compelling storyline and great characters as well as a type of gameplay that allows players to make choices that carry on into the next game (Although the graphix arent good) i suggest u play the first mass effect and make choices, then play the 2nd one and make more choices, and then when it comes out ikn March get the 3rd one and make more choices and see the end of the epic trilogy.FYI every

choice u make effects the outcome of the story, the whole trilogy is like 1 big game and everyone ive suggested it to loves it, its highly addictive, like the new star wars but a gazillian times better and i used to work for microsoft so TAKE MY ADVICE and PLAY THE MASS EFFECT GAMES.

Commander John Shepard could pown the Halo soldiers any day :)

Minecraft is a polarizing game in that respect and I can see why some people wouldn’t like it. For everyone else, this is more than worth checking out. There aren’t any fancy visuals or top-tier sound design or even amazing competitive multiplayer (although there is multiplayer in the game, though I haven’t tested it) to hook gamers and draw them in. What Minecraft does have are simplistic, easy to pick up and play game mechanics that are hard to put down once you’ve gotten started.

All Final Fantasy games are good especially X and X-2, try God of war series since theres three or Dragon age origins. Also Prince of persia, those are all great games I love!

Dragon Age is worth looking into. Also Batman Arkham Asylum and Heavy Rain. Also definitely check out Assassin's Creed and Uncharted if you haven't already :)

    Red faction: guerilla

It uses geo-mod 2.0 which makes it awesome. It's $20 in xbox marketplace.

mass effect the twists aren't really the story liness but how you choose to do certain things. it's a very detailed game.

well if you liked oblivion then you'd like fallout. get fallout 3 or fallout new vegas. both are good, and imo, are better than oblivion. they are made by the same people too.
