Overall Lebrons better because he actually carried a team to the finals(and got his *** kicked by my spurs<3). Durants only gotten as far as the Western finals, even though he had another all star in Westbrook.

However, Durants only 22 and with time we'll see whose truly better.

Scoring: Ill give that to Durant, but Lebron is a more efficient scorer and hes right behind him every year in PPG

CLutch: Has Durant really proven himself to be clutch? Especially in the playoffs? Just because he can hit tough shots doesnt mean hes clutch. Edge to Lebron because hes has a few game-winners in the playoffs

LeBron is better. LeBron just has the all-around better game. Better defender, distributor, rebounder. Durant is not very clutch I'd say this past year Durant was more clutch but LBJ did hit big shots with Cleveland, remember that buzzer beater against the Magic and scoring 25 points in the 4th quater. Durant in a few years can be better though he's only 23 and he's already playing at such a high level.

I see that you didnt even mention passing ability, rebounding ability, speed, strength, ball-handle ability, or X=factor...all of which I feel Lebron is better.

And also I think scoring is more equal. Durant is a better shooter and Lebron is a better driver. Both can score 30 points any night they choose. Dont look at ppg when deciding that because both are in different situations.

I agree with you on shooting and better teammate..but I dont think Durant is more clutch than Lebron. And I dont think Durant has more leadership than lebron. When Westbrook was trying be all hero-boy for the Thunders in that Dallas series, Durant didnt even say a word to him to slow it down or move the ball around. Lebron...yeah he does bash his teamamtes from time to time, but he'll get in their faces when their team aint winning and thats mroe leadership to me even if its a lil harsh.

Lebron is the greater effective standard participant. each and every now and then a participant that rankings plenty each and all of the time blinds absolutely everyone. yet desire that Kevin Durant does not bulk up and benefit like 50 kilos of muscle. If that happens, Kevin Durant would be Lebron James 2.0

Durant is a Great Scorer and dont have such arrogance attitude like Lebron but I think LJ is a better All Around Player than Durant

I don't think it's fair to Lebron that you only put a few categories to compare with. Lebron is a much better post defender, much better on-ball defender, finisher at the rim, better rebounder, and I think you're forgetting that LeBron actually does have leadership skills, he just stepped down for Wade. Not to mention, LeBron's passing could make Kevin Durant's head spin.
