Any ideas on how to fall out of love with someone?

Question

Was with my girlfriend for nearly twelve years.  She broke up with me at the end of April.  We have a couple of kids together and live together.  She still lives here although should be moving out soon.  Since she broke up with me she has even got a new boyfriend.  

It's killing me.  All my friends say I'm mad for still loving her... I think I'm mad but just can't stop.  I don't know what to do, I've become the "crazy ex" she's gonna tell people about in the future.  My heart is bleeding and I need help, fast.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This is what i do ( i also have had my heart broken) BTW sounds stupid but works. Every time you look at them picture someone really ugly that you hate (coz its easier when you feel u dislike them) Then think of all the bad things they have ever done that made you angry...Also try fooling around with other girls to get over her...

My husband always tells his friends that the best way to get over a women is to get on top of several more.  I don't know, you need to stop it though.
