Did this ever happen when you woke up?

Have you ever woke up and felt totally hung over, and yet you have not had anything to drink, in days or weeks? This has happened to me on a few occasions lately, and I was wondering why would this happen. If I'm going to wake up feeling like this I could have at least enjoyed a night of drinking.

    It's happening to me a lot lately! Unfortunately it's just poor sleep, nothing fun like a night out. :)
