What should i do about my friend? Did i do the right thing?

This can be frustrating but your friend is human and all though eighth grade will live in your heart forever always try to move past things. We all make mistakes we arent proud of but it happens and sometimes its better to forgive and forget. As for now, not hanging out with you could be on a number of reasons. Some may be because shes a girl and she has her "monthly time". Sometimes she just isnt having such a great week maybw if she feels sick ask her if theres anything you guys can talk about. We also all have those frustrating weeks where we seem to think that a particular person is so upsetting and our minds retrace back to every little detail that we somehow connect to make it seem like they are the bad guy. And im not saying thats what happened to youu but a spur of the moment ending of the friendship is a symptom of what i just described. Obviously, we cant chAnge the past but if we didnt have it who knows you could be in a worse place. You could be in a better place too who knows it just shows you how important the past is. And the past is comprised of what you do in the present. So what im saying basically is mend this problem. Simply go to her explain to her eveythig youve told us. About how you coukdnt trust her about how sensitive her breaking promises is to you. Say your sorry and ask for forgiveness. Then with time she will understand, everything will heal and perhaps your honesty will change some of her habits.

I would not end the relationship with her. i dont think that those are things you should end a relationship with. i would give her one more chance and tell her she has to stop or you cant be her friend anymore. if she really is your friend if you say you didnt mean she will understand. hope this helps :)
