Overclocking ati radeon 6650m?

Ok I did my research, I just dont know what overclocking tool to use. first off the stock core is 600 and memory at 800. I've seen in multiple threads that say core can be safely oc'd to 720 and memory at 960. Temps are safe with the exact laptop I am using, at only like 8 degrees higher. I would be using a zalman nc2000 cooler if necessary. What I would also like to know is if oc'ing a mobile GPU is worth it, and if I will see any difference from stock in gaming.

It's seldom worth it, you usually get about 5% increased efficiency, not enough to make a noticeable different. For a person to notice any difference, it needs at least a 10% increase in efficiency. To get that it need about 20% more speed.
