Did Jeff Robson play his last NRL game on friday?
Jeff Robson is the worst footballer going around and has been for years. Surely nobody would be stupid enough to pick him again in the NRL after last night. Useless in attack, how he hits the defenders legs every time he tries to grubber into the ingoal in amazing, but giving away 3 stupid penalties in defence was just pathetic.Giving away that last penalty to give the bulldogs the chance to tie the game was disgraceful. Do you agree he should spend the rest on his career on the bench for Wentworthville? Personally I don't even think he's good enough at that level.

He wouldn't be such a liability if he wasn't expected to play as the dominant half. If he played alongside a player like Thurston, Lockyer or Cronk he'd be alright, but so would anyone.
He's actually a pretty good defender for a half, but those penalties he gave away were lazy and you could argue that the last one cost the Eels the game.
Anyway, he knows he's not the best half going around but he still tries in every game he plays. It's kind of like the Daniel Mortimer situation, both players try hard but they're still short of the standard of today's NRL.

Yeah he has brain snaps and lacks composure at crucial times. In defense he shapes up, however why The Sharks bought him for next season, when they have Wade Graham, Albert Kelly & Chad Townsend is beyond me.
