Pontiac Grand Prix GTP (2000) Transmission Problem?

Lately my car has been harsher on shifting, feels more sluggy, and occasionally sometimes when it shifts in 2-3 gear the rpm's wobble up and down until i let off the gas. My first instinct was to check the transmission fluid, and it looks like it's fine. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Sounds like it's time for fresh transmission fluid. There is about 10 quarts total, but only about 4 qts come out when you open up the plug on the transmission pan. Find out what sort of fluid you need, drain as much as you can and fill it with fresh fluid. Do this 3 times over a period of a week and you'll replace the fluid with about 90% fresh and new. You might notice the shifting going better. You might also consider replacing 1 quart of trans fluid with 1 quart of Lucas transmission additive. I've had a lot of success with that.
