can i use a po box address for business address on business license and on trademarking application?

I understand where you're coming from. As a home business owner myself, I'm in the same situation. Many counties will ask for both a physical and mailing address. I know in my case that the mailing address is the one listed on the license.

You will need to contact your local licensing authority, as each city has different requirements. It looks like in general, Georgia asks for both a physical and mailing address, but I don't know about your particular city. The Georgia Chamber of Commerce can tell you you regulates licensing in your county.

The application to register for a trademark does not mention that a PO Box address cannot be used.
