¿Hola, Cómo checo que una moto que me venden no es robada? (Mexicali, Baja California)?

Hola, pues es eso, ya fui a verla y me subí y todo, faltaria eso nada mas para comprármela, el vendedor tiene el título con ella (Americano, no nacionalizada), es posible revisar esto en línea en alguna página, o a donde tendría que ir?
