What is the penalty for cheating on Yahoo Answers?

There is a poster on YA who has 33% ""Best Answers".....14% of those best answers came from the same person....ALMOST 50%

The person who gave him all those "Best Answers" has a 34% "Best Answer"...... 51% of his best answers came from his friend (?)..... that is 38 / 74 answers from one person...... AMAZING !!

I have been on here for almost two years.... got 22% "Best Answers"...... that is 1,456 "Best Answers"..... and only 2 or 3 from the same person.....???

Is it possible that these two are helping each other?.....OR..... maybe they are the same person?

Sort of makes a mockery of the "Best Answer" award...... or the the "Top Answerers" Award

Update:

LUI SERA..... While I agree this is not a big deal.....nobody dies ..... but why have awards if you are allowed to CHEAT .... YA does not even make an attempt to keep people honest; they even allow people to block and hide their cheating.....

I don't know why yahoo even has a top contributor list. It just encourages certain people to create sock puppets to ask and answer their own questions for points and imagined "status."

That is why YA went from a unique, interesting, non-interactive structured forum, to just another run of the mill message board.

I think is is fairly obvious when you read a top contributors answers that are consistently very simplistic, childish, or they have some special signature, they and friends can identify to vote for. Personally, it doesn't pay enough to go to all that work. But to each their own

In my case, there seems to be a lot of people who actually take the time to vote for unresolved questions. Although I'm grateful, I would like to think there are better things to do with their time. I would estimate around 70% of my "best answer", come from random voters. Why, I have no idea.
