how can i lose weight fast?
im 13 and a cheerleader. i gained 15 pounds since fittings for my uniform. the first game is in a month and i cant fit into my uniform(its a vest and skirt) i cant buy a new one so i have to lose that weight and i dont no how. cant aford to join a sports club and work out there. no pool. its 90 degress out where i live.

if you lose weight too quickly you will put it back on just as quickly. reduce your calorie intake by about 300 a day so you will still have energy for cheerleading, and up your exercise routine. burn 3500 calories, you lose 1 pound. aim for 1-2 lbs a week. 3 at most.

Ok I would recommend changing your eating habits for a month no soda no juice just drink water take vitamins set your goal at a certain amount of calories a day remember your doing this so you can do something you enjoy you can do it have some faith in yourself 15lbs isn't that much to loose in a month probably go running everyday in the 90 degrees not for to long you don't wanna have a heat stroke just for like 10 minutes break it sweat when you sweat you loose wieght run about 2 times a day you will do great good luck

Your 13! Your body is changing and you should not put yourself through a diet at your age.
However, eating healthy and excersise you will lose about 2 pounds a week, roughly. Cut out the sweeties and crips and fizzy juice. Drink pleanty water and eat LOADS of fruit and veg. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! It will be bad for you in the long run.
Go out for a walk, jog or run which ever you are comfortable with.
WiiFit? It is very good. Skipping ropes and hula hooping and good excersise aswell.
