My heart is feeling Jittery?

Im only 13 and my heart has been feeling jittery for the past couple days, and it hasn't stopped since. I have tried exercising and relaxing. Nothing seems to work. I don't have any pain. It's just annoying as heck! Is this hormones or anxiety? Is there something wrong with me. Please Help!!

Update:

My heart rate has been normal. It just feels like everything is shaking inside. I have had panic attacks before, and I do get worried and anxious about stuff really easy.

This feels like nervousness to me. To aid with that, activity and get out of the residence up to viable. I realize it mostly feels just like the designated reverse of what you desire to do, however it is going to aid in time. It begins out rough and get a little bit less difficult daily after the preliminary quandary. I had nervousness for years and years, and I am eventually getting over it. I began feeling greater a little bit whilst after having a task where I walked a ton and misplaced weight. I consider like the most important purpose of why I consider greater than I did is on the grounds that I have whatever that I consider pleased with, and I can keep my head top and no person can say I do not pull my weight or deserve what I have.

Having been a teenager myself and having raised three of them, I don't find this normal at all. You need to consult with your family doctor.

Is there something going in your life that is making you scared or upset? If there is you need to find someone (either a professional or some adult you trust) and discuss it with them.

Not knowing you I don't know your medical history. You need to a doctor who can make sure there's nothing seriously wrong with you.
