    Français! car les Allemands ne mettent pas "ien" a la fin de leur nom.

    Tout dépend comment il se prononce.

    S'il se prononce "VOJIEN", c'est français.

    S'il se prononce "VOGUIENNNE" c'est allemand.

    Français sans aucune hésitation, on le trouve en Lorraine où je l'ai souvent rencontré.
