I was surprised to find out that I can no longer register at any website neither can I make updates at the sites where I am already a member. I see that line above every time I try to open websites so I think that is my problem. Anyone who can help me from here?

Sounds like you have been infected with some kind of malware.
First thing to do is get a copy of mbam(the free one is good enough for this)
