Going on Vacation.. And having my Period soon.. -__-?

So, I'm going on vacation with my Mom, Dad, and sister this weekend to Cabo and I think my period is coming sometime this week or Weekend.. And I know what were going to go swimming and such but How would I deal with it if I did get my period while on vacation or how would I go swimming if I had my period.. Any suggestions? And BTW. I'm staying in a room with my sister and my parents have their own.. HELP?

    Wear a tampon. They are NOTHING to be afraid of. I love them. They are also Flushable so you wouldn't have to leave anything in the trash with blood. Your parents would understand and your sister doesn't have to know
