How do I get job experience in IT field?
I am a computer science graduate and looking for a job related to IT but every job requires experience. How do I get experience without any chance?
Thanx Gavin but every job even smallest in IT also says experience preferred and they even do not consider my application for the interview. I usually got the email saying " we appreciate you skills but we found more appropriate candidate, sorry for this time an bla bla..". They even don't give me to express my ideas. :(

Work for smaller companies who are willing to take a chance. They pay less and don't have great benefits but you will gain experience and it will get you on your path. This is how many of my friends were later able to go on to bigger and better things. Another way, would be to do contract work online (Odesk?) or through a specific company to prove that you have what they are looking for in an employee. A couple good programming assignments and I'm sure you will have offers.
Human Resources requirements can be rough. But remember that what they say on job memo and what they are actually willing to take can be 2 different things. I would pick out some companies that you want to work for in your area, and apply directly. If that doesn't work start going to smaller companies and talking your way in the door. Sell yourself. I know this is terrifying but it will get you hired. I have done this myself when I was in need of a job desperately. Also, its much harder to reject a candidate in person who is likable. It also shows drive, initiative, and guts.
