Well your starting team looks very solid right now. I would recommend dropping Janikowski (or Kaeding) so you only have 1 kicker. Good kickers will be available all season long, and honestly, playing the same kicker the whole year except on his bye isnt a big deal. You shouldn't keep janikowski for one week. Also if you dont like Kaedings matchup, you can always drop him for someone else...the best kicker last year (Janikowski) differed by only 30 points from the 10th best kicker (Cundiff of the ravens). Thats 2 points a game....its ok to keep 1 kicker and not worry about having the best guy. So get rid of him and take Snelling (he may get some good carries this year if Turner struggles.
Next, rid yourself of the Cowboys D. NO need to have two defs. The Steelers D will be good to start pretty much every game of the season, so there should be no problem. On their bye, you can drop a useess bench player and get a def for one week. I'd recommend taking Owens because if he gets a deal with a team, he willl most likely be effective.

Your starters are pretty good for a 10 team, but you completely hosed your bench. You do NOT need a b/u TE and Kicker, and with Brady at QB, there was also no need to take Cassel. So those were 3 wasted picks. In fact, most people say don't bother with a b/u DEF. So it's fair to say you have almost zero depth on this roster where it matters most (RB/WR).l
On the RBs, none of those guys will be of any value unless there are injuries. So it's hard to say. At WR, I think both Bess and Jacoby Ford have some upside. If you can get them, you at least have some extra bodies for your flex position. And I'd hang on to Britt. The rest of your bench can be dropped.

You have an extra kicker and extra TE. You could trade Pettigrew for a WR prospect, and you could pick up any RB flyer and drop one kicker.

Drop one of your kickers and add a rb.
