Is it likely that the US will one day be allies with China and Russia?
I'm just wondering, because I think one day the US and Russia could become allies. Maybe not China and the US, but then again Russia and China are like BFF'S. So what are the possibilities that Russia and the US or China and the US can become allies?

China, it's not so clear.
Russia, I'm very pessimistic. Russia has always had imperialistic policy. Name a time when Russia was not expanding its influence or territory? Exactly. Still, their power has been severely cut down. Germany and France (once cowering from an attack) have become good trade partners with Russia.

I don't think that they are allies, though they are nor enemies, America have a working relationship, with both Nations, China is still a communist nation, and neither Russia nor China can be totally trusted. So i would say as for America being truly allied with Russia or China is possible be not likely..

I can see the US and Russia being allies presently if not for the fascists our government answers to, Russians have a knack for smelling out fascist pigs.
China likes fascism, they're bent over presently before them taking it for the common good. But I don't see China and the US being allies, what we're seeing has nothing to do with friendship.

1st- they are not close in any respect. Russia has area and untapped components that China covets. Tom Clancy particularly wrote a e book in this. See: bear and the Dragon. interior the present state of affairs of state, i'm unsure the US could do something different than protest.

China and Russia are allies. the u.s forced them to be by building missile defence system surrounding Russia. also the u.s has ongoing terrorist operations going on throughout China, sponsoring many sepratist movements, and selling weapons to China's enemies. the u.s can be an ally of no one. japan is supposedly a u.s ally, yet it crashed their economy by forcing them to sign the plaza accord

Traditionally, the US allies with one or the other to balance each other.
Thus, during the Sino-Soviet split, President Nixon capitalized on the break between the Communist powers by going to Beijing and establishing diplomatic relations with the PRC government.
Despite what a lot of people think, I don't think there'll ever be a "Second Cold War", between either China or Russia.
The world powers are too interdependent economically. And the world military structures are so powerful, that any war would result in mutually-assured destruction.

China and Russia are both our allies NOW. So, I guess the answer to your question is "yes".

No. Never. Ain't gonna happen.
Think of the relationship between the three countries and a triangle with one country is on each point of the triangle. Two will always ally to put the other one down. Which one goes down will change from time to time. The two on top can never be friends with each other. The one on the bottom will eventually make a deal with one of the two on top.
It's a competitive trilateral relationship.

I believe as russia rebuilds itself, Russia and the US may become good allies.we now rely on russia to get us to the international space station. and they are turning aorund as a country. as far as China. china is an "ally" but a very weak one. they could turn against us.

Aren't we now? I was under the impression that you only do business with and loan money to your allies.
