Notice of Unavailability sent in a divorce case.?
I am just Curious. I saw on a website that a "notice of unavailability" was sent to both parties in the petition.
what does that mean is it one or the other is not available, or is it neither are available, or what?

It could be the judge or even lack of a courtroom. Could be dozens of reasons. Notice was sent to both parties as a courtesy.
