Curried anything is not supposed to be hot unless you add spices to it. Roti and curried chicken or goat is delicious

I am an indian. I have been asked this question quite often. When cooking curried meats, the curry sauce can be adjusted to your taste. The longer you cook it, the tamer it will get. Most curry powders are not manufactured to be hot. This can be accomplished by adding different ground peppers or other spices according to your tastes. Don't be afraid to experiment. If you are eating in a restaurant, let the server know what you want. The chef can adapt to your desire. Hope this helps.

chicken curry, duck curry, goat curry. if you're going to a restauraunt im sure you can ask them to make it more mild. a lot of people love it spicy-as in hot, but if doesnt have to be. you should have chapati on the side. but you should at least once try it spicy. it has good flavor.
