Are the Dolphins trying to throw the season......?

To get the #1 pick next year? ESPN reports that they backed out of trade talks with Denver for Orton and instead sign Matt Moore to a 2 year deal. I think Orton would have been much better than Moore, Orton had decent numbers last year (3,500 yds 20TD 9INT) and in my opinion is a much better option for the Dolphis.

Even as a Pats fan it makes me wonder what the heck they are thinking about down there.
