Will my vision stabilize after lasik surgery?

I had lasik surgery done and both of my eyes were different prescriptions since my left eye was near sighted and my right was far sighted. I had astigmatism in both. Now after the surgery I can see through my left eye great, but my right eye, the far sighted one, I can see only from a closer distance. Will one eye adjust to the other? Will I need glasses again?

Update:

He mentioned the recovery rate will take longer on the right (what used to be farsighted). But I havn't noticed a change since the second day. I'm on my 5th day after surgery.

Your right should get better, what did the doctor say about that? Lasik on farsighted eyes is more difficult so the recovery may take longer.
