Explanation of doves released at wedding. What to write about it in the programs? Poem, meaning, etc.?

I want to release doves for my outdoor ceremony. I'm looking for something to write about it in our wedding programs. Should I just put a story in there about "love birds", should I write the symbolism of doves (peace and love) or maybe a poem? What do you think?

Are there any websites that have samples of poems or sayings about releasing doves at weddings???

Any ideas would really be helpful. Thank you!!!

    This is something you are adding to your wedding. There is not tradition here. You want to release doves, why are you doing it? Put that in the programs.

    Check with your local authorities as releasing birds is not legal in many places.

    I don't think there IS a way to explain that, as most people don't think "releasing doves" means anything at all.
