Bank in London that does not charge fees for using a different bank's card at their atms?
I have a card that I would like to use in both London and Paris to get pounds and euros. I need a bank that has no or low fees for using another banks card at their atm machines. My bank charges nothing but I would have to pay the London/Paris fees.

There will be no charge at any British ATM if you have an British bank account. However there is always a charge when using cards from other countries

Depends which bank you bank with! Most UK banks don't charge for most other UK banks.
Your bank should have the answers. Have you checked the names of their correspondent banks in the UK and France?

Just go to an atm where it says free cash withdrawals, ain't your card visa or mastercard?
