what are so really good tips in not stressing so easily?

i come to realize that i stress over situations that are out of my control i stress on future situations before they even take place i have a visions in my head how things are going to happen and nothing looks good so i stress. i also stress if plans that i made did not go through and it would be something as small as just going out to a party i've notice that i would get to the point of a breakdown because things would backfire on me. so i was wondering how i cannot stress over situations that are small/ over my control are there any good tips in not stressing so frequently.

It seems like you've conquered the most important one: understanding how futile and useless constant stressing is. Recognize how worry adversely affects your health and ask yourself, "Is this really worth dying for or shortening my life over?" The answer is usually "hell no!" Do relaxing things. Whenever I can't get from outside my head, I put on headphones to disrupt my thought patterns. Works like a charm. Also, remember the greatest secret to life is this: you can't control what will happen, but you can ALWAYS control how you respond to it.

Take care of you, and let tomorrow fend for itself.
