The first one worked fine for me while playing World of Warcraft. Probably the games with the most detailed graphics that i'll be playing are Counter-Strike: Source, WoW, and Garry's Mod, however I'll be playing TF2 and Minecraft.

As per Intel, GMA950 will be better than ATI Radeon X1300 256MB, but the only bottleneck for your GMA950 will be 64MB Shared system memory- if it can be up to 256 or 512 MB shared memory, GMA 950 will be best. But as you say-64MB-, than compare to X1300 256MB, X1300 will be better.
By the way, if you are planning to buy one, get better card than this one.

uh definitely the x1300, both are still awful though, well depending on what games you'll be trying to play.

a dedicated video card is always better than a integrated video card,i'm 100% sure
