Starting a threat with the words "u out there" and then "whoever hacked" show that this person has not got a clue as to who you really are or where you are. If he did know then he'd start off with your name. Unless of course you are Shaun from Michigan, which narrows down the search field. But not enough for you to be too concerned. It's good that you are sorry for what you did, despite you agreeing to game-share. This is what comes of doing things that are wrong, and it's a lesson in karma for you.

If the threats get worse just record them and seek legal advice. Do not hack his system more or screw it up etc as that's just not learning anything positive from this nasty experience.

EDIT: You imply that you have heard enough gunshots already, so obviously anyone reading your question would think you are concerned for your personal safety. But now you say it is only PSN giving them your IP and tracking you that you are worrying about. Do you think it likely that the PSN would give "them" your IP? And that you'd be tracked?

I think that you are worrying too much over this, so just see what happens and don't do bad things because look at what happens!

First, no site will give out your IP.

Second, if they did give out your IP it accomplishes nothing. All your IP would show is your general geographic location, it does NOT give any of the following

    1) Name

    2) Address

    3) Phone number

To locate you, Law Enforcement would have to get involved and serve your ISP with a court order.

No private individual can do this.

Now, for the important part of this answer, law enforcement wouldn't get involved over something so trivial as what happened, so just relax.

She filed expenditures? Did you get carry of any form of criminal rfile? If no longer, there is not any longer something to be concerned approximately. in case you won a criminal rfile from the regulation or from a criminal expert, Than I propose you get a criminal expert. i do no longer think of saying something(alongside with a risk) constitutes grounds for incarceration. yet once you bodily do something. it particularly is a distinctive tale.

Give the guardian dude proof that he gave you his password.

    Delete your PSN Account,

    Get an xbox,

    Blow up your ps3.

    Source(s): Xbox's are the shit.

You know, when I heard the word "threat", I though something else.

There's nothing he can f*cking do, so just relax.
