iPod touch. I am looking for app which can show a slow motion in clear picture ( High Quality ) for a RECORDED VIDEO not Movies. i have tried the following app and weren't high quality of the image:
Video pix, slow timer, speedup - v1.4 , speedup TV - 1.6.3 , splice . <====> all these app had the slow motion but weren't in high quality ( clear picture ).

The applications you have mentioned are the only ones available that I know. If you can have access to a computer you can easily edit motion or lower the frames per second.
