I think it's time to move on. If you saw how happy you used to be in your relationship with your ex before he cheated, think about how much happier you'll be if you tried to start a new one.
So if I were in your shoes, I would definitely try to find someone else, or allow someone to come into my life to make it better for the both of us.

As Germaine Greer would say - maintain the rage. Remember what females have been saying for 50 years and females wouldn't say it in so many numbers if it were not true. Females wouldn't lie. You know A Woman Needs a Man Like a Fish Needs a Bicycle.

Honestly, they would blame all men for what their ex did and say all men are the same and become a radical fembot.
Seeing as how you have a phobia of being in relationship with men because of one man, you are already half way there.

I agree, move on. There are plenty of really nice guys out there that will love you, all you have to do is put yourself out there another time. Its like riding a bike, you fall and scrape yourself at times but you will eventually get the ropes only if you keep trying.

I'd give myself time to heal; once healed I'd, so to speak, back up on the horse. I wouldn't want my pain to consume me and forget how to live.

If I were in yer shoes I'd be like "Well I'll be damned...what done happened to MY shoes?" Then I'd go and....I'd go and look for them and...shizz.
