It's not bad except for your QB's, and don't discredit Tebow. I had him during the fantasy playoffs last year and he did really well. Fitzpatrick should put up decent numbers as well. But your RB are top notch and Nicks is a rising star at WR. Get rid of Kevin Boss, Derek Anderson and Blaine Gabbert.

Ewww. Like the rb's but you need to check out some trades your QB's stink.
