Black Ops Wii Connection Problem!?

So today i was playing black ops (ive had it for a while) and suddenly the wii stopped moving and froze. i unplugged it and put it back and turned it on. Then it said something about a connection problem. when that happens, i always unplug a plug in the router and put it back in. then after that the computer wont have internet problems and neither will the wii. but when i went back on the wii, it said it couldn't connect to the black ops servers, and to try again later. i figured that the black ops servers were down. but when i went on the the internet channel on the wii and it said there was a connection problem, so its not the black ops servers. when i unplug the cord in the router and put it in again, it usually makes the computer work and the wii, but its only the computer thats working. but when i had the first connection problem something popped up on my computer right after saying something about an IP adress, which i dont know what it is and im really confused on how to fix the problem.
