What's wrong with this picture?

You're a company president whose brother-in-law is an organizational consultant. You've asked him to come in next Tuesday to interview your 5 top managers to determine if they, or their staffs, are experiencing high levels of stress.

    As long as the organizational consultant is qualified to do the job, NOTHING is wrong with this picture. If they are not, that is what is wrong. Being related to the company president is not relevant.
