Platter tutu storage?
I recently purchased a platter tutu. I will provide the link for all the details. I need to wear it next week and was wondering the best way to store it before then. Currently it is lying upside down on a cotton sheet, with another sheet over it, and then some light books. I want it to be nice and flat when i need to wear it.
What is the best way to store it until i need it? I don't have access to a tutu bag or tutu hangers
What should i do for long term storage of the tutu?

I am assuming when you mean platter you mean pancake tutu. There are usually two general categories for tutus, pancake and romantic. What you can do is put the tutu on a hanger and flip it upside down the crotch part and put it in your bathroom. Take a hot shower, so that you create steam, DO NOT turn on the ceiling fan. The steam helps to diminish the wrinkles and flaws from being in storage. Also do not iron!! Iron at your own risk but I have heard of many horror stories from girls who have tired to iron. You the steam method has worked for me. If you feel like you trust the dry cleaners then you can ask them to do it but I wouldn't trust them. Good Luck with your tutu!
