You can't as they are balanced to stop vibration any repair would throw the balance out and it would shake itself to pieces.

You'd have to be some kind of moron to do it on purpose so it has to be accidental,still if your dads to uptight to get that repair is out of the question,it'd have to be ballanced,way too much cash,your local garage should be able to get one from a breaker and fit it

Forget it. Buy a new one. Stick a pillow in your pants so your dad can beat you and you won't feel it so much.

You don't say if your fan is belt-driven or electrically-driven. If belt-driven, it's cheaper to just replace the thing than to fix it. If it's electric, it's cheaper to just replace the thing than to fix it.
