I had the 3rd pick and I took Rice. Then MacFadden and Wallace. How does my team looks, strengths ,weaknesses. Things I need to improve. I choose 3 WR from ST Louis b/c I think one of them is gonna have a big year. So I tried to lock them up.

8.5/10. If I was thinking with my heart though, I'd give you 10/10. Here's why...
While I want Ray Rice to have a huge year, picking at number 3 I'm guessing you passed on Chris Johnson or Arian Foster. AP was probably gone. I would take both Johnson and Foster ahead of Rice for the pure and simple reason that NO team in the AFC South has a really strong defense, especially against the run. Ray Rice has to deal with the Steelers twice a year, and even the Browns and Bengals have been tough against the run on occasion. With Willis McGahee gone from Baltimore this year though, maybe Rice explodes....could be.
McFadden turned into a fantasy stud for quite a few games last year, but he might not be superb because of his O-line this year. Jahvid Best and Beanie could be injury prone, and might not even be the # 1 guy for the whole year. Arizona traded Hightower to the Redskins apparently because they love their rookie Ryan Williams so much. Best is kind of a small guy, and Mikel Leshoure might be the goal line back for Detroit. TD production can make a big difference for RB's. If you like the idea of drafting Best(which could be huge) I'd strongly suggest getting Mikel LeShoure as a handcuff.
Your WR are pretty good, but I don't think you should have used 3 picks on the St.Louis guys. They all have the same bye-week and that could pose a problem if one of your other guys gets injured. I understand your reason but I would have tried to get a 5th RB on my roster since you took a back-up QB. I'd always suggest having an even number of WR/RB if you can.
TE, D/ST, and Kicker are excellent.

Ray Rice I took first last year. It wasn't a horrible move. This year with him getting even more playing time now that McGahee is gone he should bring more points to the table. My guess is you went with Mike Wallace as your second pick. Either that or McFadden. RB should be solid this year especially with the sleeper giant Beanie Wells. Look for him to have good numbers with Hightower out of the picture in Arizona. Plaxico may still be available as a WR in your league pick him up as a back up. I think you may find that he ends up in your starting line up soon. You don't need 7 WR though. Get a back up DF 6 wide outs is plenty you probably wont use all 6 anyways. Best is a good Rb to have for back up. Big Ben is hit and miss but not a bad QB to have. Maybe a little more depth like an Eli Manning would of been good as back up QB. also if Orton finds himself in Miami (which is doubtful) think about getting Tebow... also that will do wonders for your points with Marshall. Orton reuniting with Marshall will put you possibly over the top. Good team though. Look to be about 7-5.
