You're highly unlikely to find all of that for free. Your best place to start is probably webs.com, alternatively X10 hosting offer great hosting, but don't have a site builder. You're not going to get a free .co.uk or .com domain name from anywhere. I'm afraid there are just some things that you have to pay for.

I would strongly advise you to get a web designer on board (and not just because I am one ;) ), it sounds like you want a lot from your website, and, no offense, no knowledge or expertise. You really need to shell out on an expert to get the best from your web presence.

So, more briefly, I second James regarding domain.

Register it separately from your host service - don't put all eggs in one basket.

For global domains I use Namecheap, for .uk I use Vidahost.

Avoid 1and1, Godaddy - just my opinion, or you could check Google as to why.
