I am petrified when someone knocks on the door. It's getting serious?
Every time someone knocks on the door, my heart starts racing and I hide. And then when I try to see who it is, it feels like I'm walking in mud to get there. One time I tried to text my mom while someone was knocking and I couldn't do it. My fingers were slipping off the keys, I was shaking and sweating. We have an alarm too but it doesn't make me feel any better. I was never sexually assaulted or anything. I just remember my reaction has been getting worse over the years. What's wrong? Please help me!!!

Why Not wear a scary mask when you answer the door - guaranteed they will be more petrified than you!! ( I do it on Halloween)

It's best not to ask these sorts of questions over the internet. You won't get the answer your looking for. The best advice i can give you is to go see a doctor.
