I ran out of ant spray for my patio,is there any house hold items I can use, until I get to a store? thanks?

I live quite away from a store.

    soapy water suds drown them - this also works for bees - if you have a tank sprayer - ha ha ha ha ha - you see they cant squirm out of soapy suds - they exhaust themselves trying - some get away but not many - and the kids can have a dishwashing soap fight afterwards

    Pepper might repel them and won't toxify your patio.

    you can either step on them or use some sort of cleaner with chemicals in it

    use cinnamon...just sprinkle it around and it will kill them naturally.
