What running shoe will help me run faster? I need real answers.?

Well, if you are running on short 5k runs, you could try flats, but only wear them for races. If you are running on the track, I would recommend spikes. If you are a sprinter, get a decent pair of sprinting spikes, that are stiff and keep you on your toes. If you are a 800 runner or above, get distance spikes, and you will run significantly faster. If you're just training, I like the kayano's by asics, theyre great :)

A shoe that is light in weight and has good shock absorption, but it won't technically make you run faster, just make it easier
