    Ranch potatoes

Cut your potatoes into large chucks (leave the skin on).

place them in a plastic zipper bag with a little oil and a package of ranch dressing mix (powder)

close the bag and shake it until all the potatoes are coated with the seasoning

Cook in the oven until the potatoes are cooked through and a little crispy on the outside.
